If you received a promo code with your invitation, you can apply it during checkout to get a discount on your annual membership. Here's everything you need to know—from where to find your code to why it might not be working.

Where to find promo codes

If a promo code has been provided, you can find it on the top header of your invitation email labeled "Promo Code”.  It also can be found in the body of the email. 

Where to use a promo code

You can enter your promo code while paying for your membership. Just look for the  "Promo Code” button on the payment screen after choosing a tier. Once entered, the promo discount will automatically update your total.

Why your promo code might not work

Here are a few common reasons a valid promo code might not apply:

• It’s expired. Promo codes have time limits and may no longer be active.

• The code has reached its usage limit. Some codes are only valid for a set number of users.

• It’s not meant for your membership type. Certain codes only work for specific membership tiers.
