Ev’ryday Credits are the currency used to give back a portion of your spending through Ev'ryday. They hold a fixed dollar-for-dollar value and can be used towards all transactions within your Ev’ryday account.
This article explains how Credits work—how they’re earned, when they’re available, and how you can use them.
Earning Ev’ryday Credits
Credits are earned each time you load a Retailer Payment Card through the platform. The percentage you’ll earn is shown on the Card before you complete your load.
-
Credits are calculated based on the full amount you load to the Card
-
Percentages vary by retailer and may change over time
-
Certain promotions—like Card Combos—may offer higher percentages
When Credits are added
Earned Credits are typically added to your account immediately after a successful load. If you don’t see them right away, try refreshing your account. Minor delays may occur during system updates or promotional periods.
Transferred Credits typically appear in your Credits balance shortly after your transfer is completed.
Using Ev’ryday Credits
Credits can only be used within the Ev’ryday platform. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
You can apply Credits toward:
-
Loading future Retailer Cards
-
Paying for your membership (if your balance covers the full payment)
Partial payments using Credits aren’t supported at this time.
Checking your balance
Your available Credit balance is visible anytime in your Ev’ryday account dashboard. You’ll also see a history of where your Credits were earned and used within your transactions history tab.
