Retailer Payment Cards are flexible and easy to use, but it’s important to understand a few key terms before loading one. 

Retailer Payment Card quantity

There’s no set limit to how many Retailer Payment Cards you can load. However, individual loading limits may apply.

Transfer limits

• Minimum load: $25 is the minimum amount of Credits you can use to load a Retailer Payment Card.
• Maximum load: $250 per Card

Note: Some retailers may have lower maximum limits due to the retailer's terms.

Can I refund a Retailer Payment Card after loading it?

No. Once loaded, Retailer Cards are non-refundable. Please double-check the retailer and amount before completing your order.

Troubleshooting Card issues

My Retailer Card isn’t working. What should I do?

• Make sure you are using the Card at the correct retailer
• Check if the Card has already been fully used
• Verify your Card balance in your Ev’ryday Wallet
• If problems persist, wait a few minutes and try again
