Ev’ryday memberships give you access to exclusive deals, savings, and Credits. When your membership expires, your account will enter a temporary deactivation period before it is fully closed.
Before your membership expires
We strongly recommend that you:
- Spend any remaining Ev’ryday Credits
- Use any loaded Retailer Cards
This ensures you don’t lose access to unused value in your account.
Temporary deactivation period
After your membership expires, your account will enter a temporary deactivation period lasting up to 12 months. During this grace period, you'll still be able to:
- Access your Ev’ryday Wallet
- Redeem any remaining Retailer Cards
- You will not be able to load new Retailer Cards or add funds
Once this temporary deactivation period ends, your account will be fully deactivated and you will no longer be able to access any remaining Credits or Cards.
Credits rollover
If you renew, upgrade, or downgrade your membership before the temporary deactivation period ends:
- Your Ev’ryday Credits will roll over automatically
- Your Retailer Cards will remain accessible
- You’ll regain full access to Ev’ryday deals and features
Credits do not expire, but access to them depends on account status.
Reactivating your account
If your account has been deactivated, you’ll need to request a new invitation from your organization to rejoin.
