How does membership renewal work?

We’ll notify you in advance when your membership is nearing the end of its current billing cycle—so you always have time to make any changes before it renews. 

When will I be notified?

You’ll receive an email reminder two months before the end of your billing cycle. This gives you plenty of time to decide whether you’d like to continue, update your payment method, or make any changes to your membership.

We'll send:

• An initial reminder 60 days before your renewal date

• A follow-up reminder closer to the actual renewal date

What happens if I do nothing?

If you don’t take any action, your membership will not renew and you won't be charged on your next regular billing date.

Can I make changes before renewal?

Yes! Before your membership renews, you can:

• Upgrade your membership

• Change your payment method
