Card Combo Terms & Use

Whether you’re loading a single Retailer Card or taking advantage of a Card Combo, it’s important to understand how the process works—including limits, usage, and common troubleshooting tips. Here’s what to expect when using a Card Combo:

Combo quantity
There’s no limit to how many Card Combos you can load. However, your membership tier may affect which Combo offers are available to you. Some Combos may include retailers exclusive to SuperSaver members.

Transfer limits
To load a Card Combo, you’ll need to transfer at least $50 into your Ev’ryday account.

Each Card within the Combo can be loaded with up to $100, and the same amount is applied to both Cards. The total load will vary depending on the Combo you choose.

For your security, daily and weekly load limits may also apply to your account.

Refunding a Card Combo
Card Combos are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once loaded. Please double-check your selected retailers and amounts before completing checkout.

Using your Card Combo
Retailer Cards included in your Combo may have different usage types:

  • Some are valid instore only

  • Others are for online use only

  • A few support both

Before using your Card, review the usage instructions in your Ev’ryday Wallet. You’ll find:

  • Card number

  • PIN (if required)

  • Retailer-specific usage instructions

Instructions appear on the same pop up as your Card details. Be sure to follow them closely for a smooth checkout experience.

Troubleshooting a Card Combo

If one of your Cards isn’t working, try the following:

  • Check usage type: Make sure you’re using the Card as intended (instore or online)

  • Match payment method: If online, select the correct payment option (e.g., “Gift Card” vs. “Credit”)

  • Re-enter details: Double-check the Card number and PIN—small errors can cause a decline

  • Check your balance: You can view your Card’s balance anytime in your Wallet

If the issue continues, please contact support with:

  • The retailer name

  • Whether you used the Card instore or online

  • A screenshot of any error message, if available

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
