Not planning to renew? Here’s what you need to know.

Good news—there’s no need to manually cancel your membership. Your account will not renew automatically once your current term ends.

Deleting your account

If you’d like to fully close your account, you can do so anytime:

To delete your account:

1. Sign in to your Ev'ryday account.

2. Go to Settings & Security within your account section.

3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Deleting your account is permanent. This will remove your access to your Ev'ryday account and all associated features.

Have Credits remaining? Here’s how to redeem them

Any remaining Credits on your account can be cashed out as an Amazon gift card.

• A digital Amazon gift card will be emailed to you after your account deletion is confirmed.

• Make sure your email address is current so you don’t miss the email.
